These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member," "User," or "you") and daun83 (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the daun83 website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

By registering an account on daun83, you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updates, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.
daun83 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. We will notify Members of significant changes via email or platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on daun83. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. daun83 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and funds forfeited in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
daun83 services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable to your location. daun83 operates under international licensing and is domiciled outside of Indonesia. The legal status of online gambling in Indonesia remains ambiguous under current legislation, including the Public Gambling Act of 1867. By using our services, you acknowledge this legal uncertainty and assume full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your participation.
You may hold only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual or household (as determined by IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other identifiers) will be closed, and associated funds may be forfeited. Accounts registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.
To register an account on daun83, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update your account information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
daun83 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, we may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify daun83 support immediately via email at [email protected] or through Live Chat.
daun83 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 5 minutes during banking hours. Deposits made outside of banking hours may experience slight delays but will be processed as soon as possible.
Members may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a period of 7 days (cooling-off period). Limits may be decreased or removed immediately upon request.
To withdraw funds from your daun83 account, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Average withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM WIB). Withdrawals requested outside of banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
daun83 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected, withdrawals may be delayed or denied pending investigation. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
daun83 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and your responsibility.
daun83 offers various bonuses and promotions to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotional offer details. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. For example, a 100% deposit bonus up to Rp 20,000,000 may require 10x wagering (bonus + deposit amount) on eligible games or sports bets.
Bonuses are generally available to new Members or as part of ongoing loyalty programs. Only one bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted unless otherwise stated. daun83 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting system errors.
Members may forfeit active bonuses at any time by contacting customer support. Forfeiting a bonus will result in the removal of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.
All bets placed on daun83 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed after confirmation unless a technical error has occurred. In the event of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or incorrect odds display, daun83 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections before confirmation.
daun83 offers sports betting markets for football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, World Cup), basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, and other sports. Bet types include 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Mix Parlay (accumulator), BTTS (Both Teams to Score), and various prop bets. All sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing sports body. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless a result is declared within 48 hours.
Live in-play betting allows Members to place bets while a sports event is in progress. Odds and available markets change dynamically based on match developments. Due to the fast-paced nature of live betting, slight delays in bet acceptance may occur. daun83 reserves the right to reject bets if odds have changed significantly or if an outcome is already determined at the time of bet placement.
daun83 offers a wide range of casino games, including slots, table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), video poker, and live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and other licensed providers. All casino games are governed by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published in game information screens and match provider specifications.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection during gameplay, the game round will be voided, and stakes refunded. If a round had already concluded at the time of malfunction, results will stand based on server records. Members are encouraged to report technical issues immediately to customer support.

While daun83 primarily serves Indonesian residents, we reserve the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. Members traveling outside of Indonesia should be aware that access to the Platform may be restricted in certain countries. Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited.
daun83 strives to provide 24/7 access to our Platform and Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, etc.). We will endeavor to notify Members in advance of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
daun83 integrates games and services from third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, etc.). While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party software. Game-specific disputes should be reported to customer support, and we will coordinate with the provider to resolve issues.
Gambling involves risk, and Members may lose money. daun83 is not liable for financial losses incurred through betting activities. Members are encouraged to gamble responsibly, set deposit limits, and seek help if gambling becomes problematic. See our Responsible Gaming Policy for resources and support.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, daun83's total liability to any Member for all claims arising from the use of our Services shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member during the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.).
Members may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the Member's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and wagering requirement completion. Accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened for a minimum period of 7 days.
daun83 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Member accounts if we determine that these Terms & Conditions have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or regulatory requirements necessitate closure. Suspended accounts may have withdrawal access restricted pending investigation. If an account is closed for violation of terms, remaining funds may be forfeited.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. daun83 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) to cover administrative costs. Members will be notified via email before inactivity fees are applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account.
All content on the daun83 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of daun83 or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which daun83 holds its international gaming license. To the extent permitted by law, Indonesian law may apply to matters relating to Member conduct within Indonesia.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and daun83, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and communication with our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Members agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English. Court litigation is a last resort and will be conducted in the jurisdiction where daun83 is licensed.
Members who are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service may file a formal complaint via email at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and provide a detailed response within 7 business days. For unresolved disputes, Members may contact the licensing authority under which daun83 operates.
daun83 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification and platform announcement at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.
